Develop Healthy Eating Habits.
When you begin your weight loss journey, you’ll quickly learn that knowing when to eat is just as challenging as knowing how to eat.
Only eat when you can take the time and sit down,
Use a small plate to control portion sizes,
Drink water before every meal,
Avoid distractions while eating.

Implementation
of the training plan
By training we mean your eating habits and your brain to understand the difference between true hunger, when your body really needs food, versus hunger caused by triggers.
Exercise can boost your weight loss results, but with the Program, you do not have to exercise if you do not want to. While we always encourage our members to become more active, it is not necessary to lose weight. Speak with our team if you do plan on exercising.

Comprehensive body measurement
We go based on the individual’s BMI (Body Mass Index). You can lose anywhere from 6-12 pounds in the first week! After the first week, you can expect to lose 2-3 pounds weekly, as long as you follow our program and recommendations.
With Healthy Steps, you get a personalized and medically-proven solution under the supervision of a weight loss doctor, so you can safely start losing weight within the first week.

The Healthy Steps is a noted pioneer in medical weight loss and the creator of The Healthy Steps Program for Weight Management.
