The Healthy Steps

The Healthy Steps is a noted pioneer in medical weight loss and the creator of The Healthy Steps Program for Weight Management. One of the most successful weight loss doctors of all time, he has successfully treated tens of thousands of patients in a career that spans over 50 years. His innovative combination of medication and behavior modification is the basis for our weight loss program.

Since his retirement, we have continued to evolve and expand the program. We were one of the first clinics to adopt intermittent fasting as a basic strategy for weight loss.
